Free Student Concert coming on April 5th!

On April 5th we will feature many talented local students in our 2nd annual student concert. The ensembles performing will include a piano quintet from Melbourne High School, a brass quintet from Viera High School and four ensembles from the Brevard String Academy including a piano trio, 2 string quartets and string octet!

The concert is free and expected to last a bit longer than an hour with no intermission. It will take place at our normal venue and time: St. Marks church at 7:30 pm. We hope you can make it! The program is subject to change.

We are happy to present our 46th
anniversary season!

We are thrilled to announce our 2023-2024 International Concert Series! The season will begin with two outstanding string quartets. First, in October, the Czech ensemble Zemlinsky Quartet which will be followed by the outstanding American group, the Ehnes Quartet in November. In january of 2024 we feature a return of the popular Frautschi, Manasse, Nakamatsu trio playing a variety of music for violin, clarinet and piano. In February we have a return of the wonderful Esme Quartet but in this appearance they are joined by the outstanding pianist Yekwon Sunwoo for a concert including piano quintet literature. A group new to our series, the Phaeton Piano Trio, will be featured in March and our season will close in April with a solo piano concert featuring Roman Rabinovich who appeared with the Escher String Quartet in our 2021-2022 season and wowed our audience.

You won’t want to miss this outstanding season! We are extending our Early Bird season ticket price of $120 through June 30th. After that date the season tickets are $130. These incredible season ticket prices are made possible by the many generous contributions we receive. Thank you for each and every one!

Performance Venue:
Our concerts are enjoyed in St. Marks United Methodist Church, 2030 N. A1A in Indialantic, FL. The church is an intimate setting with superb acoustics. Each concert begins at 7:30 p.m. and lasts approximately two hours.

To bring internationally renowned chamber music ensembles to Melbourne Chamber Music Society audiences. MCMS is a not-for-profit 501 (C3) organization.
